Note: I don't recommend using Ice2K.sys right now. It's incomplete and doesn't have an installer yet.

Ice2K.sys is open-source and all my own code is proudly licensed under the GNU Public License Version 2.

This means you can check and play around with the source code and check if it's malicious or not, as long as you follow what's in the license.

The instructions are in the README.txt inside the .tar.gz.
